Shipping

The item will be shipped within 1-4 working days. If we are (by exception) not able to ship within the mentioned time limit, we will inform you by mail.

Shipping costs

Within the Netherlands traced shipping will be free! Packages over a €100 will be shipped insured as well. For other European countries we will charge a shipping fee of €12.95. We do not offer shipping outside of the EU.

Return

Not happy with your purchase? No problem! You can return your item within 14 days after receiving it. When wanting to return an item it cannot be used, damaged, or altered in any way. The item must be in its original state when returned. If we this is not the case we are not obliged to take back the item and provide a refund.

For returning the item you need to follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@yellowblossomvintage.com in where you state the order number, your name and the reason of return.

2. The item needs to be unworn and returned in its original packaging.

3. Ship the item (tracked & traced) to the address received in the mail you got from us. We will not refund the shipping costs for the return.

Refund

When we have received and approved the return we will notify you by mail. It may take up to 14 days before you have received your refund.
